Can you state a lower
value on the customs form?
answer: Yes, please let us know how much you want to state on the customs form
via email. We'd like to let you know that usually we only state the item cost on
the customs form. If the amount you want to state is lower than that price, we
can do it as you required, but once the item was lost or damaged, the
compensation we got from the shipping company would only be the amount you had
stated. We don't state no value on the customs form for your benefit.
